Controlling and Customer Services Department is taking care of proper financials of the company by supporting planning cycles, doing regular reporting but also charging. In order to charge our services to local banks, as our internal customers, we also take care of proper contracting baselines.
What to do:
- Drive the controlling process and ensuring that from financial point of view all aspects are considered
- Be the interface to local banks as internal customers for any financial of contract related topic
- Evaluate the monthly financial reports and provide indication on potential issues relating to financials
- Ensure that the process for charging of service and project cost towards all customers from Erste Digital is done in time and with appropriate information by comparing cost and revenues
- Support various stakeholders in identification of potential financial issues
- Support the forecasting and budgeting process in close collaboration with colleagues from the Divisions
- Develop, describe, and implement methods to improve the controlling processes for projects and services
- Support the colleagues with correct and timely conclusion of internal contracts with local Banks

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Affinity to figures and exactness, analytical skills, high self-organization
- Ability to cope with time pressure occasionally during the year (e.g. year-end closing)
- University education (degree in financial of IT field is an advantage)
- Flexibility in working hours

- A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 52.136,-- gross per year.
