In this role, you will provide financial support to the HQ Operations team, with a particular focus on the Supply Chain Network Design team. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and delivering relevant cost data to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with Supply Chain Modellers and Data Scientists, you will ensure that the digital twin of the supply chain accurately represents real-world operations. Additionally, you will validate the outputs of this modelling and work alongside senior leadership to develop well-informed recommendations. Once network changes are approved, you will monitor their execution and report on performance against the original business case.
You will develop and refine financial processes that are effective, scalable, and sustainable. With a keen attention to detail, you will balance priorities while assessing financial risks, ensuring that processes evolve in alignment with business needs. Given that these processes are at different stages of maturity, you will continuously seek feedback to drive improvements while being mindful of their impact on local teams and broader stakeholders. You will also recognize when innovation is necessary and when stability is required, playing a key role in fostering efficiency and long-term success.
Engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization will be a key part of your role. You will confidently communicate with teams both within and outside of Finance, adapting your style to suit different audiences. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,471 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
