Your Tasks
- Manages or performs work associated with obtaining information technology related goods/services required by the organization including:
- Responsible for the IT Budget Process and the Consolidation of the Budget
- Overview of the TOTAL IT Spend (incl. Country Budget)
- Managing the IT Budget
- Develop KPI´s and manage those (incl. Forecasting)
- Develop and oversee IT-financial reporting
- Internal Training for IT Cost Center Owners
- Close collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture Group
- Support the IT Pricing process
- Support and oversee all activities associated with the IT Budget
- Track, analyze and optimize historical and future budget projections
- Ad-hoc responsibilities that support the department's financial strategy, including benchmarking, reporting and analysis
- Support various activities, including year-end closing and internal recharging
- Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of invoices, ensuring they align with the agreed-upon pricing, quantities, and terms defined in purchase orders and contracts
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar education
- Relevant work experience in the field of IT purchasing, IT Service or license management
- Professional experience in controlling
- IT affinity and strong skills in data analysis tools and techniques (excellent MS office knowledge required; knowledge in other tools & systems highly appreciated e.g. Qlik Sense, SAP BCS, SAP MM …)
- Excellent command in English (German is appreciated, but no must)
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to synthesize information from diverse sources and present findings in clear, concise fashion
- Excellence communication skills and experience in anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Team player with an ability to work on own initiative
- Enthusiastic, motivational, committed and driven in style
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 3.088,55 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
