Finance Project Assistant (f/m/d)

How You"ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• As Finance Project Assistant you will be supporting in monitoring and analysing international projects
• Furthermore, you are supporting in the creation of documents and trainings
• The collaboration with the IT departments and international colleagues is part of your daily work
• In your role you provide organisational and administrative support for the team
• Assistant duties in International Project Management Office including organising workshops, international meetings, and alignments is processed by you
• You improve and maintain documentation

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

• You have either completed a business school like HAK, HLW, or you are during/completed business studies or you have relevant work experience in a finance or project management office related function
• Your strong MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) are among your core competencies
• Your structured and organised way of working enables you to fulfil your tasks independently
• You're a team player
• You"re fluent in the German and English language

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 43.000*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
