We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Finance Specialist to join our Division East team at our headquarters in St. Johann in Tirol.

Our requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience or relevant internships in similar roles.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent organizational skills.
- Interest in Finance, Compliance, Strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to solving challenges.
- Fluency in English.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and support independent projects to optimize processes in finance, administration, and legal operations at both division and local levels.
- Work closely with the Division Director to support strategy development and -execution across operating units.
- Participation in feasibility studies and business plans for potential investments in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Offer reliable support to the Division Director, assisting with decision-making processes, coordinating division-wide initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-up on strategic and operative action points.
- Assist with company formations (incl. , financing, and process setup) across Central and Eastern Europe.
- Enhance compliance systems and processes, create and implement guidelines, deliver training, and participate in audits in key areas such as Anti-Trust, Anti-Corruption, GDPR, and more.
- Actively monitor the progress of critical projects, ensuring alignment with the division's goals and the EGGER Group's standards.
- Collaborate on innovative projects aligned with EGGER's digitalization strategy.
