Global Finance Business Partner - Sales & Service (f/m/d)

To strengthen our global Finance team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a Global Finance Business Partner for Sales & Service (f/m/d). You will add value by providing full transparency regarding financial and non-financial performances and enhance a balanced view on risks and challenges of the organization with a clear focus on future-oriented analysis as a base for proactive interventions for the global Sales & Service team with close collaboration across all regions.

Your Responsibilities

• Analysis of the financial and non-financial performance of the respective segment
• Monthly forecast based on sales & operations planning
• Further development of the steering-model and KPI-set-up
• Creation and review of business plans and critical challenging of assumptions
• Support development and roll-out of global sales controlling tools

Your Qualifications

• University Degree in Business Administration / Finance
• 3-5 years of experience as controller in an industrial environment
• Analytical, value-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent and structured working methods
• Excellent communication skills (German and English) across departmental boundaries
• Readiness to travel

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50.286,18 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
