We in Daily Banking Services want to provide to our clients the best digital experience, which is seamless, convenient, fast and compliant. We aim to digitalize all our client back-office processes to the core, from onboarding to offboarding, regardless of channels.
Your Tasks
- Assist with data analysis and reporting, including collecting and analyzing data related to customer service metrics, financial data, and operational performance
- Support process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, and helping to prepare training material on new processes
- Work closely with other team members, providing support as needed, assist with special projects, collaborating on initiatives, and helping to trouble-shoot issues as they arise
- Perform administrative tasks and ensure that all data is processed accurately, and that information is up-to-date and entered correctly
Your Background
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
