Holding Controlling is a department in EG's Group Performance Management division and performs the full scope of activities connected with performance and cost management as local entity on the one hand and exercises Group responsibility for Divisional business performance management on the other hand. Next to profitability measurement Holding Controlling performs a variety of financial planning related activities in Holding single entity.
Your Tasks
- Maintain and create queries in various databases regarding reconciliation of Controlling to Accounting data
- Run and maintain reports in the relevant Controlling/Accounting system (e.g. SAP) and databases using tools such as XLCubed, Webfocus, Tableau, etc.
- Prepare management and business presentations on several topics
- Analyze specific accounts and datasets and comment on them
- Support with ad-hoc analyses on cost or income topics
Your Background
- Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Business Informatics
- You have an outstanding work attitude and strive to consistently deliver excellent quality work
- You like working with figures, have a good understanding of Accounting and Controlling and are familiar with the "world of banking and financial markets"
- You possess a very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and know running SQLs/VBA statements
- You are able to fluently communicate in English as you will be working in an international team
