The focus of Erste Group's Retail Transformation department lies on the development and transformation of the group-wide retail business. This includes the development and implementation of a future-oriented retail business model with a strong focus on innovation, digitization, always ensuring the best client experience and the profitability of the business.

Your Tasks

• Contribute to strategic analysis of Erste Group's Retail Business incl. Austria and CEE countries
• Support the development and implementation of Erste Group's future retail business model
• Deep-dive into strategic topics (e.g. digitalization of the business, identification of growth opportunities) and the latest retail trends to establish the basis for ongoing development
• Prepare and design storylines and presentations for board-level meetings, internal/external events and conferences

Your Background

• Ongoing studies at an University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in Business Administration
• Willing to work in a future oriented and demanding intercultural environment
• Pro-active supporter to improve the organization's effectiveness and performance
• Good communication skills and enthusiastic to learn
• Skilled in Office 365 (especially MS-Teams, Power Point, Excel and Word)
• Fluent in English and preferably one or more CEE languages
