Our group controlling team is a key player in supporting business decisions and overall steering of the global Stoelzle Glass Group. As business partner controlling & finance you support the implementation of the business unit strategy and you are very close to the daily operational business. As group controlling we are responsible for designing, improving and transforming all functionals finance processes to responds to a constantly changing environment. We promise a never becoming boring position.
Your main tasks include:
- Ensure efficient operation and high-quality execution of controlling processes (Reporting, Budget, Forecasts, Monthly Closing) according to Group standards.
- Ensure high quality reporting for BU Performance. Provide analyses to BU Head, Group Controlling, CAG Holding and Supervisory Board. Support Target Setting and Financial Analyses to BU Head. Ensure effective Performance Management of Profit Centres related to BU.
- Functional Leadership Sales Controlling: Ensure localisation of processes and systems related to Sales Performance in country organization and on group level to provide transparent reporting and planning to all stakeholders.
- Align cross profit centre capacity planning and sales Forecast/budgets with Supply Chain and BU Controllers.
- Ensure high quality of monthly closing process, manage forecasting and budgeting processes according to timelines for Sales Performance.
- Continuous improvement of Finance processes and reporting systems.
The requirements are:
- Degree in Finance & Administration
- Good understanding of interdependences of internal and external financial reporting and consolidation
- High analytic skills
- High communication skills
- Fluent English
