Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (m/f/x)
Controlling
Your daily tasks will include
- developing and maintaining financial models for project valuation, budgeting, and forecasting, while utilizing them to simulate scenarios, assess financial impact, and optimize project performance
- preparing forecasts and the annual budget for Austrian entities in coordination with stakeholders, as well as analyzing and commenting on financial statements within management reporting
- acting as a key contributor to the implementation of the ERP system Workday
- implementing and developing control models and controlling processes
- performing ad-hoc analyses and developing presentations for key stakeholders
The following will make you succeed in this role
- a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Controlling
- professional experience in a similar role (4+ years), ideally within an international, project-oriented business environment
- proficiency with ERP systems is essential; experience with Workday is a distinct advantage
- strong analytical skills with the ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate actionable alternatives, and drive positive change
- fluency in both German and English

Salary
The salary depends on your qualifications and experience and is between 53,802 EUR und 80,000 EUR gross per year (on a 38.5-hour basis).
Overtime
Any accrued overtime is compensated in the form of time off.
